PREP SOFTBALL: BHRA beats Oakwood in four

Apr. 18—FITHIAN — On the strength of an 11-run third inning, the Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin softball team easily beat Oakwood 18-0 in four innings on Thursday.

Ella Myers had three hits with a grand slam and seven RBIs for the Blue Devils, while Ava Acton had two hits and three RBIs, Emma Shelato had three hits and two RBIs, Elli Tittle had two RBIs, Draycee Nelson had two hits and a RBI and Mayzee Myers and Ella Acton each had one RBI.

Eva Ronto had seven strikeouts for BHRA, who will take on Watseka on Friday.

Gracie Enos and Samantha Dunavan each had one hit for Oakwood, who will play Salt Fork on Friday.
