Rio 2016: 'Robbed' Irish boxer Conlan offered medal by five-year-old boy
Ireland boxer Michael Conlan controversially lost his Olympic bout to Russia's Vladimir Nikitin and one five-year-old Dublin boy wants to give him a consolation prize.
Ireland boxer Michael Conlan may not have won an Olympic medal but he's still a hero to one Dublin boy.
Conlan made headlines around the world after his astonishing tirade against the Amateur International Boxing Association, claiming he was "robbed" and "cheated" of victory and alleging the organisation was corrupt.

But five-year-old Finn McManus has sent a touching letter to his hero, offering Conlan his own medal as a consolation prize.
The boy's kind gesture has been impressing disappointed Irish boxing fans after it was shared on Facebook.

His mother, Meadhbh McManus, told BBC News NI that Finn won his own medal during a sports day at his play school near their home in Swords.
Finn asked her if could donate his medal to Conlan, and got his big sister, nine-year-old Lily, to write the letter on his behalf.
But the picture and the letter have gone viral on social media, "overwhelming" Meadhbh.
Conlan's controversial defeat capped off a bitterly disappointing campaign for Ireland's eight boxers.
Conlan was the team's last hope for an Olympic medal after shock defeats for 2012 lightweight boxing champion Katie Taylor and 2012 bronze medallist Paddy Barnes.
