Ruud van Nistelrooy to Coventry City twist after Man Utd exit
Ruud van Nistelrooy is now in the frame for the Coventry City job.
That’s according to the bookies, as the former Manchester United interim boss has been installed among the favourites to replace Mark Robins at 10/1, behind only Frank Lampard (1/2) and Lee Carsley (11/4), the current interim England head coach. Van Nistelrooy left Old Trafford earlier this week in the wake of the Red Devils’ new permanent manager, Ruben Amorim, taking charge.
Van Nistelrooy took temporary charge of United after Erik ten Hag was sacked last month and led them to three wins and a draw in four matches. He was previously manager of PSV Eindhoven.
