Is Scotland vs Croatia on TV? Live stream, TV and kick-off details as vital Nations League clash gets major snub

Scotland continue their quest to end a run of just one victory in 14 months when they face Croatia in the Nations League at Hampden tonight.

It's been a disappointing campaign so far for Steve Clarke, who despite performing well in each of their four games so far, sit bottom of League A Group 1 with just a single point. Other than their hard-fought stalemate with Portugal in Glasgow last month, all three of the Dark Blues defeats have came by a single goal, losing 2-1 to Croatia, 2-1 to Portugal at home and 3-2 to Poland in a calamitous game at Hampden in their group opener.

Scotland had taken a shock lead in the first half in Zagreb courtesy of a goal from Ryan Christie, only to be pegged back when Igor Matanovic levelled four minutes later. Andrej Kramaric then completed the turnaround with 20 minutes remaining, with Scotland denied a last-gasp equaliser when VAR chalked off a goal from Che Adams.

The Scots have it all to do if they want to avoid the drop from the top tier, and once again face a Croatia side led by Real Madrid stalwart Luka Modric, who at at 39, is still showing no signs of slowing down. But Clarke's men have pulled off big results when they are up against it before and will hope to put on a display that will not only get Hampden rocking again, but will prove that they belong at this level. Record Sport has all the key details ahead of the game right here.

When and where is the Scotland vs Croatia?

Scotland face Croatia on Friday, November 15 at Hampden Park. Kick off is 7.45pm.

Is the game on TV?

For the second international break in a row Scotland's fixtures will NOT be broadcast on live TV. Last month's matches against Croatia and Portugal were streamed free for fans on the Viaplay International YouTube account and so will this one.

Will there be a live stream?

Both upcoming games, against Croatia and Poland, will once again be live and free-to-air on both Viaplay and the Scotland National Team YouTube channels, the Scottish FA has confirmed. More than 1.5m fans watched the last double-header in October and rights holders Viaplay will again produce and host the broadcast. Pubs cannot broadcast football games on YouTube without a TV license.

Can I still watch the stream on my TV?

Both Viaplay and YouTube can be streamed on TV. Those with a Chrome Cast can stream from their preferred device to their screen. And those with smart TV's or a firestick can watch via the YouTube app.
