We simulated Newcaste vs Liverpool to get a score prediction for tough away clash
Liverpool will be looking to continue their dominant start to the Premier League season when they face Newcastle United later today.
Goals from Cody Gakpo and Mohamed Salah saw Liverpool ease their way to a 2-0 win over Manchester City on the weekend, sending the Reds 11 points clear of their title rivals and nine points ahead at the top of the Premier League table. Following the win over Real Madrid midweek, the win topped off a fantastic few days for Arne Slot's side, but with the busy winter schedule underway, Liverpool are already back in action today.
Newcastle have had a mixed start to the season, with Eddie Howe's side sat 11th in the table having won five, drawn four, and lost four. The last time the Reds visited St. James' Park saw Darwin Nunez score two late goals as 10-men Liverpool came from behind to pick up a vital three points.

Newcastle United vs Liverpool score predicted
To complete this simulation, we used EA FC 25 and updated the squads with the latest injuries and suspensions.
We predict that the Magpies could set up in a 4-3-3 formation, with their line-up as follows: Pope; Livramento, Schar, Burn, Hall; Tonali, Guimaraes, Joelinton; Barnes, Isak, Gordon.
We predict that Liverpool could line up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, with their starting XI as follows: Kelleher; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson; Gravenberch, Mac Allister; Salah, Jones, Diaz; Nunez.
Newcastle made things uncomfortable for Liverpool in the opening stages as they pressed Slot's side aggressively, and 18 minutes in, they were rewarded for their strong start as they took the lead. Alexander Isak got the better of Joe Gomez as he latched onto Anthony Gordon's through ball, and after holding off the defender, the striker slipped the ball underneath Caoimhin Kelleher to make it 1-0.
Just before the break, Liverpool finally seemed to get into their stride, and Curtis Jones came close to levelling the score when he took aim from just outside the box, but his low and hard effort was tipped onto the post by Nick Pope. The late surge of chances for the Reds left the hosts stunned, and on the stroke of half-time, Slot's side levelled the score.
Trent Alexander-Arnold's long ball down the right allowed Salah to surge towards goal, with the winger beating Lewis Hall before entering the box. His pass to Darwin Nunez was cleverly flicked into the path of Luis Diaz, and the Colombian sent a powerful strike into the bottom corner, making it 1-1 before half-time.
Liverpool dominated the second half at St James' Park, with Alexander-Arnold missing a fantastic opportunity to put the Reds ahead when he cut back onto his left foot and curled a strike just wide of the post from close range. Substitute Gakpo was played through one-on-one with the 'keeper in the dying stages of the game to put Liverpool ahead, but despite finding the net, the Dutchman was offside, and the goal was ruled out.
The late chance proved to be final moment of the game, with the Reds dropping points in the league for just the third time so far this season.
