Steve Cooper's injury nightmare continues as Leicester City star forced off against Chelsea
Leicester City midfielder Harry Winks was forced off inside 10 minutes of Saturday afternoon's Premier League clash with Chelsea to pile more injury misery onto Steve Cooper.
Winks started in City's midfield at the King Power Stadium alongside Boubakary Soumare and Wilfred Ndidi. However, after seeming to be in discomfort in the early stages, he was replaced by Oliver Skipp.
The midfielder successfully tackled Enzo Fernandez inside Leicester's half before staying down. Skipp had been sent out earlier to warm up, before Winks went down with injury, suggesting City may have known their No 8 was struggling.

Winks' injury comes just days after Abdul Fatawu's season ended with an ACL injury. The winger returned from international duty with Ghana early before Cooper confirmed the setback on Thursday.
Fatawu's absence led to Kasey McAteer being handed his first Premier League start against Chelsea. The Republic of Ireland international had rarely been used before this weekend's game under Cooper.
Cooper is expected to provide an update on Winks' fitness after today's contest in his post-match press conference. City's misery continued shortly after Winks was replaced as Nicolas Jackson put the visitors ahead.
A poor piece of defending by Wout Faes allowed the ball to bounce before the striker smashed the ball past Mads Hermansen in the front of the Kop.
