Stoke City boss sends direct message to fans ahead of biggest game yet
Narcis Pelach has posted a message direct to Stoke City supporters ahead of this weekend's clash with Cardiff.
Stoke's run of one defeat in 10 and five unbeaten has quickly turned into three defeats on the spin and six without a win amid a deluge of Championship fixtures. There has been frustration after taking an early lead in successive away games at Sunderland and Luton only to lose both 2-1 in the closing moments.
Now it's a home match against a Cardiff side who have also gone six without a win, drawing four out of their last five away games. The teams are separated by four points but Cardiff have a game in hand and Stoke need to start hauling themselves up mid-table while it is still cramped.

Pelach wrote on social media: "Defeats hurt and late goals are hard to take, but we will find our way back.
"We are all disappointed with recent results and are reflecting, as individuals and as a team, on how we can improve.
"I have been pleased with the effort and attitude of the team, and we are all so humbled and grateful for the great support of our travelling fans.
"The next few days are about giving you something to cheer at the bet365 Stadium on Saturday.
"We will work as much as possible to improve and we will soon find ourselves in a good run of results.
"Vis unita fortior."
Pelach hosts his pre-match press conference today to deliver the latest injury news ahead of the weekend.
