The MLB season is right around the corner, and fans everywhere have been unsure of how/where to watch the games. Amidst rumors of bankruptcy and buyouts among some MLB broadcast companies, the future of televised MLB broadcasts had several fans scratching their heads. Obviously, the opportunity to watch in-market games was always going to be there, but out-of-market games were still a question mark.

Enter T-Mobile.

T-Mobile is once again offering a free MLB.TV subscription to their users for the 2024 season.

How to get the offer

In order to secure this deal, users will need to download T-Mobile's new T Life app, formerly called T-Mobile Tuesdays. The free subscription will be available on the app between March 26 and April 2, 2024.

How much does MLB.TV usually cost?

Normally, MLB.TV costs fans $150 to stream all out-of-market games. While games found in local coverage areas are not included in the plan, the service still offers incredible value for fans looking to get as much MLB action as possible, or fans whose favorite team(s) are out of their local market.

How long has T-Mobile offered this deal?

T-Mobile has been offering this deal for years at this point and the deal should continue for years to come. In 2023, T-Mobile actually struck a deal with MLB to continue offering free MLB.TV subscriptions through 2028.

How else is T-Mobile involved with MLB?

Outside of offering free subscriptions, T-Mobile was actually a huge player in implementing an automated balls and strikes system in Minor League Baseball games last season.
