Tegan Finn nets twice in successful Plymouth Argyle under-18s return
Seven days after making his first team debut for Plymouth Argyle, 16-year-old Tegan Finn made a successful return to action for the club's under-18s side.
The first-year apprentice scored two of the goals as Jamie Lowry's young Pilgrims beat Oxford United 5-1 at Millennium Fields to clinch a fifth EFL Youth Alliance South Division win from 10 games this season.
Finn was an unused substitute when Argyle beat Blackburn Rovers 2-1 in the Championship at Home Park in early October and then came off the bench in the 3-0 defeat away to Leeds United in front of a 36,000 crowd at Elland Road on November 2.

He returned to the under-18s' starting line up against Oxford and it took Finn just four minutes to give Argyle the lead when he took possession on the edge of the visitors' area to cut inside and crash the ball into the top corner.
It was 2-0 on 24 minutes as a calm and calculated move ended with Harry Shield's cross-cum-shot find the far corner of the net. A third goal arrived a minute later with Seb Campbell volleying into the Oxford goal. A terrific first half performance was completed with Finn notching his second of the game with another unstoppable shot into the top corner.
Lowry took the opportunity to make several changes in the second half and it was not until eight minutes from time that skipper Joel Sullivan added Argyle's fifth goal before Harley Gardner hit a late reply for Oxford.
