Kicker isn't a position most of us put a lot of thought into when it comes to constructing our fantasy rosters. At least, not until we have to, when our incumbent kicker leaves us a few points short in a close loss or needs to be replaced during a bye.

That's why it's important to know which kickers are the best options each week, and FTW has the answers right here. But first...

Week 2 top performers

  • Austin Seibert, Washington Commanders (21 points)

  • Daniel Carlson, Las Vegas Raiders (14 points)

  • Brandon Aubrey, Dallas Cowboys (13 points)

  • Ka'imi Fairbairn, Houston Texans (13 points)

  • Evan McPherson, Cincinnati Bengals (12 points)

Now, here's who you should target this week:

5. Jason Myers, Seattle Seahawks (vs. Miami Dolphins)

Fresh off a 3-for-3 game, I like Myers again this week because I could see Miami struggling to sustain drives without Tua Tagovailoa, which means potentially more drives for the Seahawks and more opportunities for Myers.

4. Chase McLaughlin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (vs. Denver Broncos)

McLaughlin drilled a 55-yarder against the Lions last week and remains perfect on the season. He's one of eight kickers with at least 20 fantasy points so far, and he's going into this one against Denver with a ton of confidence.

3. Daniel Carson, Las Vegas Raiders (vs. Carolina Panthers)

Carlson bounced back from a quiet opener to post 14 fantasy points in Week 2, and this matchup against a weak Panthers defense means the Raiders could be moving into scoring territory frequently.

2. Greg Zuerlein, Cleveland Browns (vs. New York Giants)

The Giants are allowing the third-most points to fantasy kickers because of a defense that has bent a lot but has been stout in the red zone. Zuerlein could be in line for a second straight double-digit game.

1. Blake Grupe, New Orleans Saints (vs. Philadelphia Eagles)

Philadelphia's defense has been torched through two games, and now they're tasked with trying to stop one of the hottest offenses. I don't see them having much success. Grupe has the fourth-most fantasy points among kickers, and he should get another good combination of field goal and extra points attempts in this one.
