Tottenham 6-3 K-League XI LIVE! Kane, Son goals - Pre-season friendly result, match stream, latest updates
Tottenham vs K-League XI LIVE!
Spurs begin their pre-season preparations this afternoon in Seoul as they take on a team made up of the best top-flight players in South Korea. It is the first summer spent under Antonio Conte, who join during last season, and the Italian has wasted no time drilling his squad to near-exhaustion.
An open training session earlier in the week saw the likes of Son Heung-min and Harry Kane collapse to the pitch in front of 6,000 fans as Conte and his team pushed his players to improve their fitness. The likes of Richarlison and Yves Bissouma were on show and should feature at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.
Ivan Perisic is unlikely to get his first minutes in a Spurs shirt, though, as he continues to overcome an injury picked up at the end of last season, while Dejan Kulusevski is a doubt after training. Follow along with Standard Sport below!

93min: That’s your lot!
What an entertaining game.
13:50 , Alex Young
90min: Into the final minute.
GOAL!
13:47 , Alex Young
86min: Shortly after Parrott is denied, Son pounces on a mistake to round the keeper and slot home his second.
13:45 , Alex Young
84min: Parrott is lively. He picks up the ball on the right flank, spots a gap in the defence to cut inside and bend a shot towards goal which the keeper does wel to parry.
13:40 , Alex Young
79min: Four Spurs subs as Parrott, Fagan-Walcott, Sayers and White are introduced.
GOAL!
13:36 , Alex Young
77min: Whatever Team K-League can do...
Kane smashes home the free kick from the edge of the area. The fans in Seoul are feasting.
RED CARD!
13:34 , Alex Young
74min: Son is dragged down when through on goal and the hosts have a defender sent off!
What a game.
GOAL!
13:32 , Alex Young
72min: It's the best goal of the game as Jun Amano beats Lloris with a long-range free kick!
GOAL!
13:30 , Alex Young
69min: Son makes no mistake from the spot, and it's the most popular goal of the evening.
PENALTY
13:29 , Alex Young
68min: Handball in the area, Son to take...
13:26 , Alex Young
65min: Richarlison is done after a late challenge, but he’ll be OK. Some of these tackles are not messing about.
13:21 , Alex Young
60min: The hosts playing with confidence, and why shouldn’t they are scoring twice. A few more players set to enter the fold, too.
I don’t think Son has seen much of the ball yet, despite the best efforts of his team-mates.
GOAL!
13:15 , Alex Young
55min: Spurs back in front and it’s a typical low drive from distance from Kane!
GOAL!
13:14 , Alex Young
53min: All square again! Veldwijk sweeps the ball home from the edge of the area.
Possible deflection?
13:11 , Alex Young
50min: So seven changes for Spurs in total so far with Kane joined by Lloris, Tanganga, Sarr, Hojbjerg and Doherty.
A few minutes later, Son gets a solo introduction much to the delight of the fans.
GOAL!
13:08 , Alex Young
48min: Well, that didn't take long! Instant impact from Kane as his cross is turned in by a defender for an own goal.
Second half
13:07 , Alex Young
46min: We’re back underway.
Kane is on, will confirm any others as soon as possible.
13:03 , Alex Young
Right, we’re back for the second half. Just waiting on confirmation of substitutes.
13:00 , Alex Young
An end-to-end game so far, and the hosts deserve their equaliser. Some nice touches from Richarlison, with Lucas and Gil also lively.
Sanchez rusty but it is the first game of pre-season.
Half-time
12:50 , Alex Young
47min: ...and that’s your lot for the first half.
GOAL!
12:49 , Alex Young
46min: Equaliser on the stroke of half-time as Gue Sung Cho beats Austin with a fine header.
12:47 , Alex Young
45min: Almost a debut goal for Richarlison as he latches onto Emerson’s cross, but his downward header is weak.
12:44 , Alex Young
43min: The hosts with a few sights of goal as the firs half approaches the end; first Austin forced into a smart stop which he palms away before his goal is threatened with a low drive across the face.
12:41 , Alex Young
40min: Skipp storms through midfield with the ball before laying it off to Richarlison. The Brazilian holds up the ball before spotting Lucas darting forward, but his pass is a yard ahead so the move breaks down.
12:38 , Alex Young
37min: Deafening noise as first Kane and then Son go for a trot down the touchline.
12:37 , Alex Young
36min: Emerson left in a heap after a rough challenge. There’s been a few of these, from both sides.
12:36 , Alex Young
35min: A few changes for K-League XI including the introduction of Lee Seung-woo, formerly of Barcelona’s academy and a regular in the South Korea national team.
12:33 , Alex Young
More on the goal: Dier picked up the ball around 40 yards out, looked to his left and right and used Richarlison’s dummy run to create space for a cracking shot.
Time for a water break.
GOAL!
12:32 , Alex Young
31min: Wow! Eric Dier with a stunner from 25 yards to open the scoring!
12:30 , Alex Young
29min: Half a chance as Richarlison holds the ball up on the edge of the area and tries to slip Bryan in, but the pass is too heavy.
12:28 , Alex Young
26min: Richarlison showing plenty of nice touches so far, his latest resulting in winning a foul near the touchline around 30 yards out. He’s linking up well with the overlapping full-backs so far.
12:25 , Alex Young
24min: The hosts want a penalty after a clumsy tackle from Sanchez, but the referee isn’t interested. I think Sanchez just about got the ball there.
Chance!
12:24 , Alex Young
22min: Sanchez produces a fine save with a half-volley from seven yards after a neat dink over the defence from Emerson.
Chance!
12:22 , Alex Young
20min: Skipp marches forward with the ball into space as Royal screams for the ball on the flank, the midfielder obliges and drills a great low cross towards Bryan in the six-yard box but the youngster gets the ball stuck under his feet and the move breaks down.
12:20 , Alex Young
19min: Spurs starting to create more and more chances now. Conte deep in conversation with his staff on the bench.
Chance!
12:17 , Alex Young
15min: Richarlison and then Emerson should score as the former weaves through the defence and into the penalty area before the latter hits the loose ball an inch wide of the post with the goal gaping.
Chance!
12:16 , Alex Young
14min: Spurs win the ball in K-League XI’s final third through Bentancur and break forward into the area, but the midfielder ignores Lucas and Richarlison before seeing his shot deflected wide.
12:14 , Alex Young
12min: Austin, Dier, Sanchez and Romero are teasing their hosts with a game of keep ball in their own penalty area.
It almost works as Spurs create space and work up the field to Bryan, who jinks inside off the left flank and into the area before the ball gets away from him.
12:12 , Alex Young
9min: Lucas finds a pocket of space and that’s enough of an invitation for a pop at goal from 25 yards, but it skims wide of the post.
12:10 , Alex Young
6min: A sloppy pass from Sanchez sees the hosts in with a chance, but Royal manages to divert the danger.
A rare sight of goal in the opening stages.
12:04 , Alex Young
2min: Spurs with plenty of the ball early on until Sessegnon is wiped out near the touchline. The referee waves play on, which could set the tone here.

Kick-off in five minutes, teams on their way out.
Almost time
11:51 , Alex Young
The Seoul World Cup Stadium is packed with 10 minutes to go until kick-off. Big cheers for Son during the warm-up, unsurprisingly.
No Perisic too
11:43 , Alex Young
It has also been confirmed that Perisic will not be involved, so just Richarlison for the debuts today.
Dejan watch
11:36 , Alex Young
Despite being named among the substitutes, Kulusevski and Davies will not be involved today.
I’d imagine Conte does not want to risk the former.
Son a sub today
11:30 , Alex Young
Harry Kane and local hero Son Heung-min are among the substitutes today. The fans will be desperate to see South Korea captain Son in action.
No Bissouma or Forster
11:23 , Alex Young
There will be no debuts for Yves Bissouma and Fraser Forster today as both have been ruled out through illness.
Dejan watch
11:17 , Alex Young
Dejan Kulusevski is out warming up with his team-mates, so we may be seeing him this afternoon after all.
Team news
11:12 , Alex Young
So, it’s a debut for Richarlison up front and returns for both Oliver Skipp - from injury - and Bryan Gil - from a loan spell.
Expect plenty of changes, too.

Brutal training drills
10:58 , Alex Young
Antonio Conte isn’t messing about.
Son Heung-min had to be dragged onto his feet during a rough training session on Monday.
Conte is known for his gruelling drills with the aim of making his players tougher than the rest - to make their rivals "spit blood" - and the 6,000 fans watching Spurs' open training session at Seoul World Cup Stadium on Monday could see that in action.
The likes of Son and Harry Kane were forced to take a breather as the squad were sent on repeated sprints across the length of the pitch and back after a two-hour training session.
Dier on summer signings
10:45 , Alex Young
Eric Dier has been waxing lyrical about Tottenham’s transfer activity this summer.
Yves Bissouma, Richarlison, Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Clement Lenglet have all signed, with more expected to come.
“I’m so happy on an individual, and I think I can speak on a collective level as well, everyone is really happy with how the summer has gone,” he told reporters.
Perisic and Bissouma shirt numbers
10:31 , Alex Young
Tottenham have let fans know that new signings Ivan Perisic and Yves Bissouma will wear shirt no.22 and no.38, respectively, this afternoon but could don different numbers moving forwards. Pape Matar Sarr will wear no.29.
Also interesting to note that Perisic may get some minutes today, with such an announcement made.
New clobber on show
10:19 , Alex Young
Spurs will be wearing their new home kit for the first time today.

Score prediction
10:13 , Alex Young
Today’s game should be a fairly routine run out for Spurs, featuring plenty of changes.
It is the first of four games inside a little over two weeks for Spurs and, with the new Premier League season coming just a week later, Antonio Conte will want his charges up and running as soon as possible.
I’m plumping for a 3-0 win and banking on Son to score seems a good punt.
Spurs team news
09:56 , Alex Young
Summer signings Yves Bissouma, Richarlison and Fraser Forster should all get minutes today, but Ivan Perisic is unlikely to feature as he continues to shake off an injury picked up while still at Inter Milan.
Pape Matar Sarr, who signed last summer and immediately went back out on loan, is also hoping for his first outing in a Spurs shirt, but Dejan Kulusevski is a doubt after complaining of discomfort after Monday’s training session.
The likes of Bryan Gil and Troy Parrott have also returned from loan spells and will hope to impress the manager. There is also the chance for youngsters such as Malachi Fagan-Walcott, Charlie Sayers, Harvey White and new goalkeeper Josh Keeley to get to grips with the first team.
