Union Bears double down on Rangers board blast as ultras reiterate vow 'to force change'
The Union Bears have doubled down on their mission to 'force change' at Rangers after their double banner blast at the weekend.
The Gers ultras have turned on the current Ibrox regime after interim chairman John Gilligan slammed the group's pyro show against Lyon which landed the club in hot water with UEFA. And while Philippe Clement's side continues to toil on the pitch, the Union Bears have now joined a growing number of disillusioned Rangers supporters by calling out the shambolic situation off the park.
Gers have yet to fill the voids left behind by ex-chief executive James Bisgrove and chairman John Bennett, while director of football operations Creag Robertson recently became the latest high-profile figure to hand in his notice.

Less than two weeks ago, the Union Bears unfurled a banner in the 1-0 defeat at Kilmarnock which read: "The mismanagement of Rangers must stop and stop now."
On Sunday, the group fired a further warning to the board by displaying two banners, the first of which read: "Your ineptitude is destroying our club; time for fans to force change". Another message displayed in the second half of the 2-1 win over St Mirren read: "Worrying about thousands while wasting millions".
And today, the Union Bears reiterated their warning by posting pictures of the banners on social media and their own website, with a simple caption: "Time for fans to force change."
It marks the start of a major week for Rangers as they seek to close the six-point gap on joint-top Aberdeen with a box-office visit to Pittodrie, while they also take on Motherwell at Hampden for a place in the Premier Sports Cup Final.
