The big man is back!

That's right, [autotag]Francis Ngannou[/autotag] has finally booked his long-awaited return to MMA.

The former UFC heavyweight champion is scheduled to take on 2023 PFL heavyweight champion [autotag]Renan Ferreira[/autotag] at a PFL pay-per-view event Oct. 19. This is the first MMA fight for Ngannou since January 2022 when he defeated Ciryl Gane to defend his title at UFC 270.

Is Ngannou still considered the best MMA heavyweight on the planet? If not, can he get there with a statement win over Ferreira? How does his drawing power fare against Jon Jones or Tom Aspinall?

MMA Junkie's Brian "Goze" Garcia, Dan Tom, Farah Hannoun, and host Gorgeous "George" Garcia discuss Ngannou's return to MMA and how it impacts the heavyweight landscape.
