West Ham vs Everton: Prediction, kick off time, TV, live stream, team news, h2h results - preview today

West Ham take on struggling Everton today with a view to providing some serious momentum for the business end of the season.

The recent international break came at a good time for both sides. West Ham looked extremely tired in their defeat to Tottenham, just a few days after David Moyes’ side got the better of Sevilla in the Europa League, while Everton’s struggles were continuing under Frank Lampard.

Focus may at some point turn to the Europa League for the Hammers but for now they will surely still be targeting a top-six finish, and victory against Everton would send them into the first leg against Lyon in high spirits.

West Ham vs Everton prediction

Everton are yet to win away from home under Frank Lampard and find themselves right in the thick of a relegation battle.

Although the first leg of the Europa League quarter-final on Thursday will be in the back of David Moyes’ mind, his side should be well-rested after the break and have enough to beat an Everton side sorely lacking in confidence.

West Ham to win, 2-1.
